What happened to online dating apps? I thought it was supposed to be the next big thing, but it rugged?

I've always been interested in real estate. I've heard that wholesaling is best to start but it'll involve at lot of cold calling. I've started driving for dollars and running comps, but I was wondering advice any anons might have for me. I have a 680 credit score, and 3.7K saved, I'm 24, with no kids.

Serious question for LINK holders:

What makes you think LINK will actually pump by itself? Over the last 5 years, LINK has performed pretty much in line with the general altcoin market. Blue line is the total crypto market excluding BTC, compared against LINK on the regular chart.

Most of the things people used to speculate about Chainlink have already happened, so you could argue they're already priced in.

I'm a LINK holder myself and I think Chainlink is, and will continue to be, a very successful project. But if I'm being realistic, I don't see why the LINK token itself should suddenly have some massive independent pump just because of more partnerships or good news.

In 2020/2021, LINK had a huge narrative behind it. Crypto was flooded with new people, influencers were shilling everything, and tons of people were buying whatever sounded cool without really understanding it. That kind of retail hype doesn't really exist right now unless something turns into a mainstream meme or gets pushed by someone like Elon, Trump, etc.

So I don't have huge expectations for LINK to pull another independent 2020 style run.

I see it more as crypto in general pumping for whatever reason, with LINK being one of the relatively "safe" large cap bets, similar to ETH or BTC, rather than something that's going to massively outperform the rest of the market on its own.

What are your thoughts?
