During natural disasters bottled water can sell for a very high price. And in an emergency you can have it for personal use.

Why do you need millions of dollars? $200-300k in JEPQ is enough to never have to work again. If you get cheaper rent or live with more roommates or stay with your parents you could retire with like $100k
