Dear /biz/,
Just got a sales job where I make commission on top of a 53k p.a. salary. But I don't want to piss away the money on bullshit (e.g., alcohol and tobacco) like the normies.
I want to put it into a business that can easily scale up. The easiest business for me is publishing. I can handle everything from proofs to editing to formatting to production (outsourced to China) to distribution (through store). I've got a background in writing fiction and poetry, as well as editing, so I have some credibility with the writing community already. I want to treat it like a sustainable, growing practice that can scale up. I'm going to use a printer in China.
I will put $500-1000 of my pay check into the business each fortnight, and try to not only cover my costs, but make back.
