Around the election in 2024 I was in the midst of a manic episode and I put nearly all of my 10k savings into dogecoin when it was around 35 cents. I was convinced it was going to skyrocket to over a dollar. It fills me with so much shame and dread even though I know I wasnt in great control of myself at the time. Still holding now at 9 cents. Probably should just sell because I know nothing about crypto and I dont see why it would ever meaningfully go up again
