Alright fags, give me your input. I've been approached about a position at the top company in my field. The comp would be life changing money for my family ($500k+/yr). This seems great, but here are my reservations:

1. I like my current job. I still make decent money and it's chill environment. I have a good relationship with my managers.

2. I spoke with some people in my network who used to work for this company and they said stay away. The management is difficult to work with and it is a cut-throat "me-first" culture. There has been a lot of turnover in the department (and this is probably why they're hiring). The manager I would be working under is literally a Jewish lesbian.

3. It would be more work. I have manageable hours right now and only rarely work nights/weekends. That would change if I were to take this job.

I'm married and have two young kids. Trying to weigh this opportunity to put my family on a better financial trajectory against what seems to be some real red flags.

Most of you retarded Indians, but I know there are some savvy posters out there.
