I'm 43, wife 2 young kids, $750k mortgage, $400k in equity in the home, $1M in stocks/crypto. $215k/year salary, sole earner.

Dead end career path forever, hate it, always hated it. Current gig is fairly "comfy" as far as what I could have goes. WFH, probably most weeks work like 2 hrs a day. Low stress most of the time, barely have to report to anyone.

That said, I work in e-commerce for a marketplace and marketplaces are on a FAST path to total death. Our revenue is down 50% YoY JUST from Google SEO changes & AI, our conversion and AOV are actually up and we did a lot in the last year to change that but our traffic has gone into the shitter. I have very little resources to make any sweeping changes and the owners don't seem to really care if this company lives or dies at this point because they own several other companies with more promise.

I have been exploring more affiliate relationships and partnerships to try to introduce traffic but it's a dice roll if this works or not and my guess is it's going to be too slow with my limited resources to make meaningful headway in the near future.

I basically have 3 options:
